It was designed for a fairly flat farm land in Alberta.
It includes a basement with an extra two bedrooms, mechanical room, bath and family room.
The garage is full logs and will settle together with the house.
An attic large room over the garage is built with manufactured attic trusses to keep cost down and gain so much more living space.
Access to the bonus room is from exterior stairs at garage gable and from second floor.
The traffic flow is simple and minimum.
The curb appeal is high towards the entry side of the house.
A shed dormer at the back of the house allows headroom living space for two bedrooms and bath to transform this straight forward log home in a large five bedroom house.
