With a Spanish influence, the V-shape of the house creates a courtyard suitable for outdoor enjoyment with the benefit of privacy. The courtyard leads to a dignified entryway. The floorplan is very sociable with the kitchen and great room accounting for a significant portion of the house. The great room features rounded architecture and a large fireplace.
