Our unique Pre-stacked Package is the most complete and detailed milled log home on the market today. Even if you don't have access to an experienced log builder, our Pre-stacked log home package will give you professional results. Log walls and floor joists have been pre-stacked at our site to insure completeness and accuracy. We can also pre-stack log gables, log dormers and log roof systems upon request.

We provide an experienced log builder to supervise the log stacking of your home, as well as ongoing technical support before and after the stacking.

With the Pre-stacked Milled Log Package we will:

• Cut windows to finished sizes and will have bevel cuts, trim details and drip edges pre-cut. Click here for illustration
• Cut doors to finished sizes and will have bevel cuts, and trim details pre-cut. Click here for illustration
• Cut archways. Click here for illustration
• Swept corners pre-cut. Click here for illustration
• Cut in the slip joints around windows and doors. Click here for illustration
• Drill the log wall for the electrical chases, cut in for the electrical boxes and flatten the logs at the box so the trim plate will fit flat against the log wall.
• Cut in dado slots for any field joints in the wall logs. Click here for illustration
• Notch the wall logs and stringers for log floor joists.
• Notch log posts to accept log beams. Click here for illustration
• Flatten log floor joists to receive finished decking.
• Flatten log ridge beams, log rafters, and log purlins to receive finished decking. Click here for illustration
• Pre-build log trusses (if applicable). Click here for illustration
• Flatten log posts (when needed).
• Supply Sashco Log Builder sealant for the laterals and saddle notch corners.
• Blue Max Log Fasteners.
• Supply settling jacks.
