A step up from our Random Length Package, our Pre-cut Milled Log Package is manufactured to a more finished state. Still, some on-site cutting, trimming and fitting is necessary, but not to the degree of the Random Length Package.

With the Pre-cut Milled Log Package we will:

• Cut windows to width. Click here for illustration
• Cut doors to width.
• Cut in the slip joints around windows and doors.
• Cut in dado slots for any field joints in the wall logs.
• Notch the wall logs and stringers for log floor joists. Click here for illustration
• Notch log posts to accept log beams.
• Flatten log floor joists to receive finished decking.
• Flatten log ridge beams, log rafters, and log purlins to receive finished decking. Click here for illustration
• Pre-build log trusses (if applicable). Click here for illustration
• Flatten log posts, when needed.
• Supply sealing tape.
• Supply settling jacks
• Provide up to two days on-site technical assistance.
