The building was engineered to address both sheer and vertical loading and sits on an ICF foundation. The heated concrete slab on the main level was later covered by engineered wood and flagstone flooring. The roof was covered by tapered and treated wood shingles of the finest quality over seven inches of rigid foam insulation. In every way this home was built to endure.
